"Loksabha" is better known as "lower house"/"House of People"of Parliament of India and formed for maximum upto 5 years. Current Loksabha is fifteenth Loksabha led by UPA and was formed in May 2009. The maximum number of members of the Loksabha is 552 which includes 20 members representing Union territories of India. The motion of no confidence can be passed only in Loksabha and cause resignation of all the minister if motion was not in favor of ruling government. Current speaker of Loksabha is Meira Kumar while Rajyasabha does not have speaker but has chairman. The vice president of India holds this position. The current chairman of Rajyasabha is Dr Hamid Ansari.
